1. CHICHEN ITZA :

Chichen Itza was a large city of the Maya civilization in pre-Columbian times. This archaeological site is located in the municipality of Tinum in the Yucatan state of Mexico. It was a major centre of the lowlands in the northern part of the Maya civilization from 600 AD to 1200 AD. In 2016, it was one of the most visited places in Mexico.


2. THE SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST:

The Savior Jesus Christ (Portuguese: Cristo Redentor, Brazilian Portuguese: [ˈkɾistu ʁedẽˈtoʁ] Local language: [ˈkɾiʃtu ɦedẽj )toɦ]) is a statue of Jesus Christ in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The statue is 30 meters (98 ft) long, except for the base of its pillar, which is 8 m (26 ft) long and has an arm length of 26 m (92 ft).
It is located on the top of the 800-meter (2,298-foot) Mount Corcovado, which encloses the city in the Tijuana Forest National Park. [2] Made by concrete and soapstone. And it was built by a French sculptor Paul Landowski between 1922 and 1931. [4] [5] It is one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.

The Ancient Historical Place MOHASTHANGOR of Bogura, Bangladesh


 We know that Bangladesh is a beautiful and nice viewing country in the world. If we find any side of our country we get see every side full by the natural beauties. Thats like our mohasthangor. It is know as a pundra bardhon or pundra nagori.

Gokul Medh is an excavated site at Gokul village under Bogra Sadar Police Station. Locally it is better known as Behula Basar Ghar. Many call it Lakshmindar's Medh. It is one of the archeological sites belonging to the Department of Archeology of Bangladesh.

History

According to the Bangladesh Department of Archeology, it was built between the 8th and 12th centuries AD. It is said that Behula lived here. Which predates the Sen era. However, according to current researchers, this monument is a Buddhist monastery built by Devpala between 609 and 646 AD.

A gold leaf with a portrait of a bull with a small stone fragment with many holes was found here. This suggests that it was a square Shiva templeThe famous travelers Ibn Battuta and Hiuen Tsang are said to have referred to it as a Buddhist monastery in their travelogues. In some historical texts, this medha is mentioned as an observation center, it was built to protect the capital of Pundravardhana from external enemies.
